I was having too much fun meeting people, tasting new drinks and liquors, and helping Meade work that I unfortunately didn’t get but a few photos one day. Just some snap shots of Meade working the Rums of PR Swag Room bar and some of our new friends. Check out my facebook page as that’s where I’ll be posting those fun photos.
Now for the professional, artistic photographs . . . I will be going through the massive amount of swag we received from the three of us and our very good friend, Eriq Wities from Drink Me Magazine and Open Content in San Francisco. As I sort through, I will be taking some product shots of new brands, fun promotional materials, and of course Meade’s new drink recipes with these luscious samples.
My goal is to post a preview photo every day until I make it through the pile. When you see something you like, let me know.

What an amazing week!
Besides all the delicious and FREE drinks, my favorite part of Tales is meeting such wonderful people from around the world. I met some great friends. I’m just sad to have to say goodbye.
More details to follow, but now to get some much needed rest.

Yeah, it’s been too long since I’ve posted and I apologize. I have to say it’s been a busy and fun summer so far. We’ve had some house guests, I’ve photographed a wedding, and I’ve even started earning my keep as a bartendress for the Bacardi In The Mix program.
(For those who don’t know, Bacardi will supply your party with 2 hours of FREE mojitos and they send us out to teach your guests how to make them. It’s wicked fun and what’s better than a mojito on a hot day? How about a FREE mojito on a hot day. Let me know if you want more info on that.)
Anyway, to keep this short and sweet, I’ll be even more crazy busy this week because, that’s right ladies and gents, it’s . . . wait for it . . . TALES OF THE COCKTAIL 2009!! Yeah, baby! That’s why I’ve updated my header photo to reflect my home for the next week – The Hotel Monteleone. (I took this photo at last year’s Tales) So be sure to check back regularly for updates on the happenings of Tales and the what’s what of drinking in New Orleans. Wish my liver luck.
